The UBI Medical Building is located in Covilhã and has a construction area of ​​3000 m2. It is formed by two floors in a reinforced concrete structure being partially buried from level 0 to level of floor 1. The energetic solutions adopted allow through the cover the natural ventilation of the building. It is an innovative building having a large part of its area consisting of medical research laboratories and an area dedicated to start-up companies.
