The contract for the rehabilitation of the Municipal Swimming Pools built in Vila Nova de Cerveira in 1990 consisted of the overall improvement of the structure and spaces of the sports complex with the replacement and modernisation of water treatment and air quality equipment.
Aiming at users with reduced mobility, an interior lift was installed and access ramps were built to the building and the pool tank. This work culminated in an increase in parking spaces and the renovation of the surrounding green spaces.
