Located in the Cardosas block, in the heart of the historic centre of Porto, these interventions consisted of the recovery and rehabilitation of two buildings for housing and commerce.
The partial demolition of the existing building was carried out, with the exception of the facades that were maintained in order to preserve the original layout of the buildings and the area where they are located. Inside, all the spaces were rebuilt and readapted, having been transformed into modern apartments with a very own identity.
