The Porto autarchy started a vast preventive maintenance operation in the municipal districts, with the first interventions to be carried out in the housing complexes of Campinas and Outeiro, among others. Our intervention includes, in a general way, works of external thermal insulation, coverings in common areas, demolition of trash columns, repair of balconies and stairs and replacement / repair of window frames. Remodeling of all electrical and telecommunications installations. Construction of blocks F, G, H, I, and J.
