This huge building is characterized by the confluence between the old and the modern building. The work consisted in the total rehabilitation of an old building from the 18th century and the construction of a new building consisting of exterior masonry with prefabricated panels. In the interior it is important to highlight the large and complete auditorium, as well as infrastructure of cultural and tourist relevance to the region.
