The project to convert the old municipal slaughterhouse into the current Innovation Centre of Matosinhos is synonymous with the temporal readaptation of physical spaces, converting them into new places for new realities.
Thus, we responded favourably to the concerted strategy of the owner who wanted to create an attractive space, capable of capturing the implementation of national and international renown companies in the area of creative industries and communication, such as the installation of the northern delegation of Grupo Impresa, "SIC" television station and the newsrooms of "Expresso", "Visão" and "Caras", among others.
