The Leroy Merlin contract work in Leiria began with the total demolition of an old and imposing deactivated industrial building for the subsequent construction of a prefabricated concrete structure with sandwich panel coatings, totalling a covered area of over 15,000 square meters.  Two existing pavilions were also recovered and rehabilitated, thus becoming a large commercial space.
